The Perfect Crime

The perfect little girl,
With the perfect manners,
Just get the perfect grade,
And nothing else matters.

The perfect little girl,
With the perfect eyes,
But no one ever listens,
To hear her perfect cries.

The perfect little girl,
Always quiet never loud,
Nothing in this world matters,
But to make her parents proud.

The perfect little girl,
Wrapped in a perfect lie,
Their all too busy being perfect,
To see her perfect cry.

The perfect little girl,
With the perfect smile,
It’s that perfect reflection,
That makes it all worthwhile.

The perfect little girl,
Playing the perfect game,
You either be perfect,
Or go perfectly insane.

The perfect little girl,
Living such a perfect life,
On one oh so perfect day,
Finds a perfect little knife.

A perfectly deep slash,
Across her perfectly scarred wrist,
Being oh so perfect,
Is perfectly hard to resist.

The perfect little girl,
After years of perfectly pretending,
Plots such a perfect plan,
To ensure a perfect ending.

A perfect cut no deep,
At such a perfect time,
Oh what a perfect death,
To match the perfect crime.
